How to find the right location?
You want to find a place where the cost per square foot is manageable and wont break the bank. $0.25 – $0.50 / sq ft. is reasonable but you may have to pay a bit more depending on the location you choose. For example, you’ll pay more for location in shopping mall than a warehouse.
How to construct your trampoline park?
We have two ways at your choice. 1. Pay for our engineers to go your site to guide the workers to construct your trampoline park. 2. Get detailed installation manual to construct your trampoline park. The important things to influence the way including the trampoline park size and your budget for construction.
How much does it cost to open a trampoline park?
The costs consist of trampoline park equipment cost, shipping cost, import cost, installation cost, insurance cost and so on. If you want to know details, please send inquiry to us.
What size building do I need for trampoline park?
To have enough games for trampoline park, the minmum size should be 200 square meters. And the building should be empty or few columns in middle.
How high should the ceiling be for trampoline park?
In ASTM standard, the minimum ceiling height is 504 inch (around 518.16cm). In EN standard, the minimum ceiling height is 520cm.
How much trampoline equipment can I fit into my building?
Considering reception, party room and other functional areas, we recommend to make 50%-70% of building area to install trampoline park equipment.
Are you able to help install it for an additional fee?
Yes, we can arrange our engineers to help you install trampoline park with additional fee. They are all in rich experience and very hard working.
What is the warranty on the trampoline park equipment?
We provide 1 year warranty on the trampoline park equipment (frame and jumping mat). We do not provide warranty for the springs because it is wearing parts, but we always send 5% springs more as spare parts when you buy the trampoline park.
How quickly could I replace something if it broke?
Usually the springs and trampoline mats are easily wear off. You can order more springs and mats as spare part ship together with trampoline park. Once the spring or mat doesn't work, you can change it immediately.
What’s the payment method?
T/T, credit card and L/C are available. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. If you want other payment method, please check with us at the beginning.
Can you provide contact and address of your indoor playground project in my country?
We pay attention to protect our customer privacy, but we can help you to ask if the customer agree with your visit. If yes, then we will give you the contact and address.
What’s the delivery time?
Average delivery time is 20-30 days. The actual delivery time depends on your indoor playground size and production capacity.
How many containers do I need for my indoor playground?
Approximately 150 square meters indoor playground can fit into one 40ft container. We will give container type and quantity after confirming your design.
How long does the shipping takes?
It depends on the destination port and shipping line capacity. Please tell us your port.
Can we customized the family entertainment center?
Yes, we support customization on trampoline park plan, color, games and brand logo.
What’s the minimum height required?
Usually family entertainment center has the climbing equipment or ropes course, the minimum height should be above 7.5 meters.
What’s the age limit for family entertainment center?
All ages. But for those amusement equipment with challenges, you should not allow the toddler to play.
What’s the price of family entertainment center?
The price will be quoted according to your design and requirements.
Is the price include shipping, customs clearance and installation?
Normally the family entertainment center price we quote is in FOB Ningbo, not include shipping, customs clearance and installation. If you want those costs, please tell us in advance to add in quotation.
