Winter Solstice (also Winter Festival), one of the twenty four Solar Terms, is a traditional Chinese Festival. It usually falls on 21st, 22nd or 23rd instead of on a fixed day. In Chinese, we'll eat dumplings, Tangyuan or wonton to celebrate this day.
Today we eat Tangyuan in our complay to celebrate this traditional festival. Tangyuan is a type of glue dumpling, which is popular in southern China. Do you eat anything to celebrate? Best wished to you all.
