The warranty shall commence on the date the playground is received by the customer and terminate at the end of the period stated. Liben should not be responsible for the failures resulted from vandalism, misuse, neglect, accident or unauthorized addition or substitution of parts.

We do opp bag, color box packing ,PDQ packing, hot-shrinkage ect ,and we are good at do the packing as per client’s request.
3. How long does it take to ship to me? Do you provide shipping services?
Shipping lead time is dependent upon destination and type of shipment. Air freight is generally within 1 week and ocean freight can take up to 30-45 days on water. We provide shipping services at competitive price from Shanghai to most major cities (air freight) and major seaports (ocean freight). Most clients choose to handle custom clearance and domestic shipping by themselves for efficiency and cost effectiveness. - The price will be quoted according to the attractions you choose. If you have other requirements, price is also different with standard products.

- Yes, we support customization on trampoline park plan, color, games and brand logo.

- Usually the springs and trampoline mats are easily wear off. You can order more springs and mats as spare part ship together with trampoline park. Once the spring or mat doesn't work, you can change it immediately.
- How many containers do I need for my trampoline park?
- Approximately 300 square meters trampoline park can fit into one 40ft container. We will give container type and quantity after confirming your design.
- What’s the minimum height required for indoor playground?
- Usually above 3 meters. If you want to allow adults enter ground floor, the minimum height of indoor playground should be above 4 meters.
- What’s the delivery time?
- Average delivery time is 20-30 days. The actual delivery time depends on the attractions type and production capacity.
- How to construct your trampoline park?
- We have two ways at your choice. 1. Pay for our engineers to go your site to guide the workers to construct your trampoline park. 2. Get detailed installation manual to construct your trampoline park. The important things to influence the way including the trampoline park size and your budget for construction.
- What’s the delivery time?
- Average delivery time is 20-30 days. The actual delivery time depends on your indoor playground size and production capacity.
- What’s the payment method?
- T/T, credit card and L/C are available. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. If you want other payment method, please check with us at the beginning.
- Is the price include shipping, customs clearance and installation?
- Normally the family entertainment center price we quote is in FOB Ningbo, not include shipping, customs clearance and installation. If you want those costs, please tell us in advance to add in quotation.
