What is the warranty on the trampoline park equipment?: We provide 1 year warranty on the trampoline park equipment (frame and jumping mat). We do not provide warranty for the springs because it is wearing parts, but we always send 5% springs more as spare parts when you buy the trampoline park.

How long does it take to install indoor playground?: It depends on the worker quantity and experience. Normally one skilled person can install 30 square meters indoor playground per day.

What’s the delivery time?: Average delivery time is 20-30 days. The actual delivery time depends on the attractions type and production capacity.
