The warranty shall commence on the date the playground is received by the customer and terminate at the end of the period stated. Liben should not be responsible for the failures resulted from vandalism, misuse, neglect, accident or unauthorized addition or substitution of parts.

We do opp bag, color box packing ,PDQ packing, hot-shrinkage ect ,and we are good at do the packing as per client’s request.
3. How long does it take to ship to me? Do you provide shipping services?
Shipping lead time is dependent upon destination and type of shipment. Air freight is generally within 1 week and ocean freight can take up to 30-45 days on water. We provide shipping services at competitive price from Shanghai to most major cities (air freight) and major seaports (ocean freight). Most clients choose to handle custom clearance and domestic shipping by themselves for efficiency and cost effectiveness. - To have enough games for trampoline park, the minmum size should be 200 square meters. And the building should be empty or few columns in middle.

- It depends on the worker quantity and experience. Normally one skilled person can install 20 square meters ninja course or ropes course per day.
- Do you provide installation instruction?
- Yes, we have both 2D and 3D drawing and instruction step by step.
- Is the price include shipping, customs clearance and installation?
- Normally we quote the spare parts and related products in FOB Ningbo price, not include shipping, customs clearance and installation. If you want those costs, please tell us in advance to add in quotation.
- How long does it take to install indoor playground?
- It depends on the worker quantity and experience. Normally one skilled person can install 30 square meters indoor playground per day.
- What’s the payment method?
- T/T, credit card and L/C are available. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. If you want other payment method, please check with us at the beginning.
- What’s the age limit for ninja course or ropes course?
- Above 6 years old.
- How many containers do I need for my family entertainment center?
- Approximately 200 square meters family entertainment center can fit into one 40ft container. We will give container type and quantity after confirming your design.
- What’s the minimum height required?
- Different attractions have different minimum height. Please check with us.
